KFC
OUT OF STOCK - UNACCEPTABLE

Hi,

We went to purchase a KFC streetwise feast on the 02 June 2013. Being month end the KFC is always busy. We decided to use the drive through route. After waiting almost 30minutes in the drive through we arrive at the cashier to be told that they have no containers to put the mash and gravy in.

How can KFC management allow this. All of the meals have the mash and gravy item and it is totally unacceptable not to have it.

We wasted our time and fuel by waiting. And atleast KFC should advertise on their boards notifying customers before they wait in the line that certain items are out of stock.

This is not the first time that i have been dissapointed with KFC service at this branch. Once before they served burnt chicken pieces. When you go there they always dont have something that is advertised.

KFC has been my favourite food and has also been a favourite in my family. Truly dissapointed.
