Extremely bad service

What a disappointment!!! Have gone this root before and no change? I suggest you close the Snoekies branch in Simon's Town. Third time in a row I have been told that I cannot place a order, and this after I phoned every time to make sure till what time they are open. I phoned in on Friday morning 19 April to find out what time they are closing, I was told that they close at 18:00, get there at 17:15 wanting to place my order and I am told, sorry no more order we are closed?? This has happened to us before at the same branch. My name and number was taken and promised that the manager will contact me, I am still waiting?? I will tell as many people as possible about this horrible experience and place!
