Wait 4 Hours for Delivery

Did online order with Mr. Delivery on 02 April 2013 at 11:59. At 12:26 the branch phoned to confirm my order. Notando told me that they are behind schedule and that the delay is 2 hours. I asked her what is the latest I will receive the food at 14:15. I confirmed that the order is to be delivered. At 14:42 I phoned Notando to find out where my food is. She said that the order has been cancelled. She can place the order again and will receive the food in 45 minutes. I told her to place the order and I would like to have it in 30 minutes. She said she will try her best. At 14:51 I phone national call centre and spoke to Chuzelle, she will find out what time I can get my order. Notando was the only person at Weltevreden office, no owner/manager. At 15:29 Notando phoned and said that the order will take another 20 minutes as they do not have a driver available. I spoke to a manager at national call centre (did not get his name - he is compliance officer) He said that the driver just walked in and will bring my food as soon as possible. It is 16:02 and I still do not have my food.
