Horrible food and horrible waiting time

I went into the store just after half past 6 to order a large chips and 5 portions of onion rings. The cashier told me that they only have 3 portions and that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes for the other 2. I opted to wait. The store closed at 07-00pm and I was still waiting for my order. I only received my order at half past seven. The service I received was absolutely disgusting. My order was small, 3 other people ordered before I did and their order was much larger and they received theirs before I received mine. An hour for a large chips and 5 potions of onion rings, 2 of which they only had to make!!! The most pathetic service from your new store. The chips I received looked like the last of the lot, drenched in oil and there was NO spice on them as I has requested. Not the skippers chips I know. This is a disappointment to your brand and a horrible way to start off a new branch. I am absolutely horrified and will never buy from them again!!!
