Bad attitude and horrible service

Got to KFC Boksburg, standing in line for 15 minutes, waiting for someone to help and then they would only tell you to stand in a different line and still waiting about 10 minutes. When I questioned it, the answer I got - If you don't like it, go somewhere else. When I got home, they gave me smash without gravy and pops in the place of chips and the Zinger box meal didn't have wings but a piece of chicken.

The other day when I got there, drive thru, 9:30 pm and they told me that they are closing down, and I must go to another place... previous time when I got there, they mixed my order and got it all wrong. I paid for a complete different order. I am staying close by, and go there regularly, and everytime I get the same attitude and the bad service. This was my absolute last time. I can't believe a franchise could ever operate like this, and I am sure this is not to standards! Hope to get some good feedback on this
