Loud Noise

I have tried to contact them previously but no luck. I also emailed them just now as well as News Cafe Head office. I'm about 1km from their building and I can still hear the sound. This is unacceptable and if this doesn't stop I will take further actions to prevent this in the future. Can someone contact me regarding this issue because I'm not the only one feeling like this in our complex.
