KFC
"Fast Food"? I think NOT!

For the umpteenth time my family and i have gone to KFC in Sun Valley Cape Town only to leave dissapointed.

In the past my wife has bought from this branch only to have items missing from her order, and when confronted, the manager was extremely rude. It has happened more than once that items are missing from the order.

In another instance we arrived at 21:45 only to wait till after 22:00 because the machines had been switched off well before closing time and had to be heated up. I find this extremely unprofessional as their closing time is at 22:00, so in my experience the machines should be switched off at 22:00 or after the last customer's meal had been prepared.

In my opinion, this branch is dropping the standard of what a big fast food chain like KFC should have.

I strongly suggest that something be done about this branch.
