Don't promise something you cant stick to

I called to place an order on friday 22 march. nobody answered so i decided to drive to them and place my order. as i got there i commented to the staff that 5 of them stood around but yet nobody answered the phone. i tested the number and the phone rang. so they just ignored my call earlier. i placed my order at 14h26 with Peter.( i have the slip to prove time etc). i ordered 6 large pizza's and there were no other orders in progress and Peter confirmed it will be 10 min as per their promise which is displayed largely in the shop. time passed and i eventually got my order at 14h52 (again i have proof of this as i took a picture of their clock). i called for the manager as this was unacceptable time given their promise. the manager tried to give me 4 free snack things (value probably R15) in apology. i declined and asked to speak to the person in charge. They called Ahraf (owner) on the phone as he was not there. he tried to defend by saying they were busy but i was the only customer standing there. he then said to me that i can get stuffed and he will not give me anything for free as i had requested a discounted price on my pizzas. he was rude and arrogant. really bad service guys!
