Debonairs Pizza
Bad service & timing

On Friday evening, 12 July 2013, we decided to get a pizza from the new Debonairs situated in Greenstone Mall. Because it is Friday, we anticipated that it would be busy. I phoned to place an order for delivery, but was informed that I have to order R200 min to be able to get a delivery!! So I placed my order with the lady to collect and she informed me of a promotion that is running where I receive extra wedges or chicken if I order 2 large pizzas. I decided to go with the wedges. After 25min that we waited, we got into the car to collect our order. When we got there, they haven't even started to make our order! So we waited another 20min. We received our pizzas but no wedges. We called the manager and said that we didn't get everything and he asked if we requested wedges which we answered yes and had to wait another 10min for the wedges.By the time we arrived home (5min from the mall), our pizzas were cold. We were not the only ones irritated by the service as there were other people complaining. The staff was slow, the manager has a no care attitude. I love Debonairs pizza, but with my experience will think twice before I buy there again!!!
