Debonairs Pizza
Every time I order, there has to be an issue

I stay a few minutes away from the Newlands West Debonairs, in an area called Parlock. I've raised several complaints with the manager but it keeps happening. Once, I ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered as I had guests over, and the pizzas never came. When I called, I kept getting cut off and then the phone stopped getting answered. The next morning I called again and got a lousy excuse about some trainee having received my order n not putting it through to the kitchen or something like that. Then the other time, I ordered a large pizza and it was the wrong order and they said they can't change it. Then another time I ordered a pizza and requested change. The driver came without change and ran off to my neighbour and hassled them to give him change. This became a huge problem because my landlord got involved and wasn't impressed. And another time, my pizza order arrived incomplete as the colddrink I ordered wasn't there. I'm honestly fed up with the service I keep receiving there!!
