Debonairs Pizza
Unhappy with the product that was delivered to me

I had ordered pizza for the very 1st time at Debonairs in monclair, firstly the lady that answered her name was Zinhle she took my details down and my order and my order was a triple decker something meaty crumped crust with extra cheese when my order came throu the pizza was burnt and dry with no exra cheese and it was just breaking. i called again to complain about it and luckly Zinhle answered again then she put me on hold and does not tell me to wait for her manager after a while the manager comes dto the phone had to re-tell him the story i also explained to him that she got my name on the slip as Mili when my name is Nelly and i even spelt it out for her, he said they are sorry and they will re-deliever another pizza. that took more then 2hours to happen i called them about 5times before receiving the pizza, when i called them the 1st time i was told that they are still confused as to which customer was i and my slip when i did give Zinhle my details and her manager and on the slip it had my address and my phone number but i was told it was not there when it actually was there. after that 2hours the same dry and burnt pizza came throu. i was very upset and angry.
