Order pizzas at 12h30 and around 13h30 I called to find out where is our order. Junaid confirm with driver that it is on is way. I asked Juniad about Debonairs pizzas promise. "if not delivered within 45 minutes, it is free" I spoke to Judy Govender who said cannot keep to the that promise. Has I was talking to Judy, the delivery guy came with order. Judy said cannot give me the order for free and if I wanted I must speak to Samantha Fredrick. I put the phone down and the driver was gone, I called Samantha Fredericks Operation Manager, who reconfirm that they can not always keep to the promise. SO WHY HAVE A PROMISE LIKE THAT. This is considered as FALSE Advertising. I am just very irritated and we have specific times for break and now we are left without a meal.
