Debonairs not keeping promotion promise

I ordered my pizza over the internet and their promise is that if its 45 min late or the dot is not red anymore the pizza is free. It calculated the time since my order was placed and it said the pizza will be here 11:43. After 55 min the pizza arrived and was cold and late. The driver said we must phone the manager and speak to her. She was rude and didn't want to speak to us and placed the phone down in our ear. When we phoned back she said we must pay otherwise the driver will be responsible for the bill. We ended up paying for the cold and late pizza and it was the wrong order. People should not promote things and not deliver on it.
