Orrowing of waiters nd sauces

We got there arnd 7pm nd had to sit for more than 20 minutes to be serviced, one waitress serves more than 5 tables at da same time, I even refused to order da drink, da waitress confirmed that before she can bring a glass she has to wash one that was used first, eventually da food came when I tried to eat I realised my fork was dirty nd ask for another one nd waited 10 mnutes for it, I am nt complaining about the waiters, I'm simply asking for good service, to up another waiter came to ask if we were done with da tomato sauce so he can take it to another table, I'm worried nd dnt understand y I even hav to pay tip for such horrifying service, I mean mc d never run out of tomato sauce (dnt even wnt to know the name of the waitress, dats y I wrote the ref from my receipts)
