On Saturday 30th April my friend and I went for brunch. We got shown to a dirty table. We ordered 2 coffees and a full tremmazini and 15 minutes later (without a word from the waitress) 1 coffee arrived. After another 15 - 20 minutes our tremmazini arrived. I had asked the waitress to cancel the olives and asked for extra pepper dew which didn't happen. I then asked the Manager on duty to just bring us fresh pepperdew as we had already been waiting a while and by the time we could start eating the "full" (3 little pieces?) tremmazini it was cold and unappetising. Further to this we were not given utensils, the previous tables dirty dish was still on our table which had also not been wiped down and our empty coffee cups were never cleared. We had a small white bowl of tomato sauce which we were dipping our chips into. During our meal, a male waiter came passed, leaned over me without excusing himself or saying a word and took it, refilled it and then took it to another table. SIS!! I spoke to the manager about all of this and to date have had no feedback, I wrote my email and tel number down on my bill. Hygiene and customer service is obviously not a priority.
