Ocean Basket
Total bad experience

Friday night, my boyfriend & I decided to go through to Ocean Basket for a meal! On arrival, the restaurant was very busy, but we got a table! 1st experience: Floors were so greasy that I was worried I would slip. Sat down & the waitress took our drinks order (Passion fruit & SODA & Cola tonic & LEMONADE). 2nd Experience: We may as well have asked for those 2 cordials with water as there was no gas in either drink. 3rd Experience: The side plates were broken (not a small chip, a chip bigger than a R5.00 coin). We asked for new plates, but there were apparently no plates in the restaurant. We ordered our food (platter for 2), & asked for the sauce to be put on the side. 4th Experience: Our food came and the sauce was all over our meal. We told the waitress that we asked for it without. We decided to keep the meal to not cause a scene. 5th Experience: My prawn was dirty - it had not been de veined properly & I had to scrape out the black stuff that should not be in your prawn. At this point we are fuming. My boyfriend tries his prawn, and to his dismay, it was still frozen! Manager offered to replace our meals, we declined! We paid for our drinks and left! Very disappointing
