Shocking Standard & Bad Service

My pregnant wife and i decided to go and have breakfast at Spur Malvern, We were firstly seated at the smallest table in the whole Spur, then waited for about 15min before someone came to ask us for our order. The waitress looked like it was her first official day on the job. We then placed our order for 2x breakfast specials with extra mushrooms and pork sausages on both and 1x orange juice and 1x coffee. The waitress then delivered 2x orange juices after about a further 10min instead of 1x orange juice and 1x coffee. Well the coffee did eventually arrive and then there was no brown sugar. to my dismay we were seated under a dripping aircon to really make matters worse. 10min later our food arrived with no bacon on either of the plates and no cutlery either which the waitress went and got from the kitchen area. When the waitress returned with the bacon and one set of cutlery uncomfortable as we both were we asked to be moved which i did as the waitress disappeared for the second set of cutlery. Once seated there we received the other set of cutlery with tomato sauce and tabasco sauce with no lid. Staff were breaking plates, screaming across the spur. Really Shocking Service!!!
