SERVICE... WHAT SERVICE??

This past Saturday, my wife met a friend for lunch at wimpy mall @reds. after being shown to a table, the waiter was absent for 15min, when her friend arrived at around 12pm the waiter appeared took a drinks order and an order for food for our son, she told the waiter when he brought the food to give them another 5 min before coming back for their food order. he never did, an hour later at 12.58pm they asked for the bill and an hour after that the waiter had still not shown up with the card machine for them to pay. my wife approached the manager and explained what had happened the manager seem to just half heartedly apologise and took them to the front of the shop to pay the bill.

She came home disgusted with the service and the response from the manager.
