Bad Service - Ignorant Waitress - Raw Food

We had lunch at the above Spur on 1 April 2013. While we were seated the waitress to ages to come and see us, on arrival while she was busy with us, she had limited attention as there was another waiter/manager that was ALSO having a conversation with her, trying to sort our orders as I could hear, which is very rude.

Furhter to this, we waited very long for our drinks to arrive and for our second round I prompted the waitress that we did not wish to wait, we still waited long.
When the food came, our kids' food was brought to the table about ten minutes before we got our food, whihc I think is bad, as we wanted to have lunch as a family.
So, after receiving the food and asking for tomato sauce twice and waiting very long, we all found that our patties we way under done. Red on the inside, with obvious blood which is unnaceptable, we tried to see the waitress about it and she never returned to our table, we then left, half eaten food, paid the bill very upset...

I brought it under the attention of the one manager whihc only said THANK YOU fror bringing it under his attention, no mediation offered.

Not a pleasant experience!!!
