KFC
Worst service in history!

This is now my THIRD complaint about KFC. I refuse to re-explain my initial complaint for the umpteenth time to every call centre agent who calls me.

After being told my complaint would be dealt with by "Head Office", I was simply sent the EXACT same excuse of an apology letter after saying that I was not happy with the original manner with which they handled my complaint.

Oh, and when you get emails saying they are "constantly" trying to phone is simply when they try once and cant get through. Apparently one missed call is their way of saying they really tried.

I have officially boycotted KFC since their service is beyond disgusting, they dont care about your complaints nor about your experience as a customer. If their is doubt in this, I have so many reference numbers for my complaints but nothing gets done.

Am strongly urging family members and friends to stop buying from KFC, hopefully then they'll have a change of attitude.
