We went to primi piatti willowbridge on the 14/02/2013. we made a booking for 6pm & when we got there (the place wasn't too busy) we waited for about 20mins before we got served, no one would come help us even if we tried to get there attention. when our waiter eventually came we ordered a half portion vegetarian recco pasta & a full portion vegetarian recco pasta with pepperdews & drinks. when we did eventually get our meal & drinks 30mins later the order was all wrong. we got a half portion chicken recco pasta & a full veg recco pasta with no pepperdews. the people on the other tables around us who came much later than us, got served faster & first, i'm not sure if its cause we were the only "brown" people in the restaurant. when we sent the meal back we asked the waiter if they could hurry as we were in a hurry & we needed to be somewhere else at 8pm. that didn't matter cause we sat wiating another 20mins for our meals after trying to get anyones attention to come serve us. the people who came after us ate & left & we were kept waiting. totally disappointed with primi willowbridge especially because prior to this i use to go there often.
