I have been waiting for some form of feedback from Head Office.
It's been almost two months since I logged the complaint, I was told by one of the agents as well as one the supervising officials that the matter will be dealt with by head office due to the fact that the relevant store manager had failed in rectifying the issue I had with the store and was also very rude over the phone.
When I reported this incident I was told that the area coach would be in contact with me shortly, It's been almost two months and still no one has contacted me.
Seeing that there hasn't been any attempt by the store or by head office to contact me, I take it that KFC no longer wants my support or the support of any of my close friends and family members either. I will be informing people of my experience and of how KFC handled my complaint.
I posted the above complaint almost 3 weeks ago and all I got so far was a generic response. No attempts have been made to contact me at all. I take it KFC no longer wants my support or the support of my friends and family. This statement will be posted on the major social media sites.

KFC's customer Care is just like its food, disappointing to say the least!!!
