Ok so the last time I updated my complaint saying I have not yet received feedback wrt my complaint and still waiting on the transcript. Since then (December 2012) I have not yet had any response. I have not paid a cent on my credit card either seeing as I am waiting for feedback relating to poor service.
My credit card is in arrears which is obviously causing a bad credit record as well but I am adamant not to pay anything until my complaint has been resolved. This and all my other other complaints, emails and phone calls (which I recorded) serves as proof should they hand me over ect that I confirmed on numerous occasions that I will not continue paying my credit card until my complaint has been attended to.

ABSA does not even phone me anymore to find out when I will be paying an installment, this is really ridiculous.

I am simply asking for a stupid transcript between myself and your agent who I confirmed was rude and you say was not. I want the transcript and an apology from you guys before I will pay any further amounts.
