Still the worst internet service

I am left to believe that the people at MTN who read these complaints are blind... This is the 3rd time I'm complaining. Other complaint title: worst internet service in the world, in this complaint one of the things I talk about is the fact that after giving them all the information in the first complaint there reply was a useless form asking question I've already answered in the complaint.

So after the second complaint guess what they did... yes they sent me that exact same form so I'm going to try this one more time. I'm living in Table View Cape town. I use the USB router at home it DOES not go anywhere. The problem occurs constantly. The product model is HUAWEI E367. I am not going to describe the problem again for that reference the other complaint with the title I listed above. And yes I have checked the coverage in this area which by the way is nowhere near what they say is more in the pathetic to extremely pathetic range.
