Wrong order, Missing Items

When to Airport Junction branch last night. Ordered a considerable amount and went to pay with my credit card. The machine refused to work. (This is the norm in this store) I then went across the car park to the ATM and withdrew cash. I placed my order and made sure it was read back to me. All ok. When I got the order i got into my car to check the items and found the Mash and gravy missing. Went back into the store and they gave me one. When I got home I discovered my Street Wise 3 was actually a street wise 2 although I paid for a street wise 3. The chicken was not cooked properly. It was not fit for human consumption. Supposed to be a fast food outlet but it appears its super fast and no attention payed to detail.
