Closing before closing time

I arrived at KFC Kolonade north of Pretoria at 21:45 and as I was parking my car they closed the door an said it's close while at the door the sign says closing time is 22:00.
When asking Khutso the manager, he said their clock inside says it's closing time. We argued until 22:00 and ended up being 5 customers. He said the can't assist since their tills are locked and only drive thru is serviced which is extremely slow serviced.
No wonder till todate McDonald's still gives best service best and fast service whether inside or drive thru, people working at night at KFC are extremely rude and don't know the word customer service.

Khutso was so rude, proudly to tell and show us that he's the boss and there was nothing we can do about it.

I swear i'd rather go buy in another KFC than Kolonade branch.
