No one answering phone

At approxmately 18:44 on 17/03/2013 i called Nandos Blackheath 0116782284
to make an order for delivery... a lady answered and then asked me to hold a min, i did and so while i was placing the order she has the nerve to say to me that I must hurry up because the driver was about to knock off shift... that order came to about R350
I dropped the call and in10 seconds i re called them because I missed one order and so I need them to add on. First call was picked and dropped tried again number busy and there after i tried 7 times but no one answered the fone and so i called that customer careline number to help... they too tried and no one answered... this is disgusting... after 10 seconds no one answers the phone??
