Ice Cold Food and Missing Items that was paid for!

Hi there,

I visited the Tygervally Mall KFC, Bongeka served me, my Chk number on my till slip is: 3879. I placed my order and then waited over 10 mins before called that my order was ready, i then discovered the Zinger burger is missing so i asked her for it, she goes to the back and tell me that there is a 8 mins delay for the burger, i asked her why wasn't this told to me when i ordered, she says she has no control over the back. so that means if i didn't check the order i would not have got what i paid for when i got home, i then told her i will wait the 8mins but the food that she packed for me needs to be changed as it will be cold waiting for the burger, she agreed, after a further 15 mins wait the order was ready, when i get home the Chicken and the food was ice cold, so it obvious she packed the same food back, and also at home two mini loafs were missing from my order, I Tried calling the store on the number on the till slip 0219142944 but this number is engaged, i tried for over 30 mins.

Please address this issue as i do not see it right that a customer is treated like this, we paying for this food and expect to get what we paid form not cold food and missing items
