KFC WESTRIDGE ALWAYS SEEMS TO DISSAPOINT

Went to get some take aways yesterday. When i walked in to KFC in mitchells plain westridge i couldnt believe my eyes, more then 20 people waiting for their food and one staff member packing the orders into the bags (getting most orders wrong)
i waited for over 30 minute for my "FAST FOOD" and then i still got the incorrect order and they didnt put my whole order in my bag. when i got home i only discovered there were items missing from my order. This is not the first time or first branch, is it the system that kfc works on? this never happens at say Mcdonalds where you wait maximum 5 mins for your food even if it is full, they always have full compliment staff and food gets out warm and quickly, . I dont normally complain but after yesterday i was really disapointment at the lack of team work and management skills at the kfc westridge branch, there was no order, it was chaotic, i should have checked my bag yes because the way it was going they were bound to get my order wrong! its really unacceptable to be having not enough staff on a public holiday and on a month end
