Ocean Basket serving re-heated food

I am utterly disgusted by the quality of food and service my wife and I received from Ocean Basket Montecasino. We ordered 2 Platter for One and amazingly they arrived within 4 minutes of us placing the orders. The plates were piping hot, but the food was lukewarm. Within 2 or 3 minutes my wife's food was too cold to eat, and she left 80% of her plate untouched. Its impossible to say "freshly prepared food" if the food (grilled food) arrives in less than 5 minutes at your table. The manager tried to explain that the items would have been prepared in bulk due to numerous similar orders received, and that we were fortunate enough to place the order just as the food was prepared. It tasted more like food that was re-heated, with the fish tasting like it was not defrosted enough and was cooked with the ice still defrosting. The other items were clearly under-cooked, and definitely re-heated items. To top it all we sat for 20 minutes not eating and waiting for a waiter to lay a complaint. Since the food was delivered not a single person in over 30 minutes came to see if we were satisfied.
