The worst dinning experience ever

I lodged a complaint on the KFC website on the 04.03.2013 and had no response so on the 11.03.2013 I decided to lodge another complaint. I was contacted by 2 separate call centre agents and was assured the manager would call me on 12.03.2013. It is now 3 days later and I have had no contact.

What upsets me is the complaint was not a minor complaint. The topics where on the lack of service, the lack of hygiene as well as the lack of customer satisfaction all round.

Even with all these matters at hand the manager has not had the decency to even contact me to apologise let alone any thing else. I am disgusted at how relaxed all the KFC employees seem to be when dealing with a reoccurring complaint. I am completely disgusted at the lack of response.
