On 15 March at 19:32 my wife phoned Wonderpark branch and placed an order. At 19:48 they phoned back to get the credit card number. At 20:39 we phoned back to inquire about our order. We were told that the delivery guy fell with his motorbike and the manager is on his way to deliver our order personally. At 21:02 we called again and the person at Debonairs could not tell us where our order is. We informed them that we refuse to pay for late delivery and cold food. She promised that the manager will phone us in a few minutes At 21:12 the delivery guy arived with cold food and an incomplete order. One hour and 40min! The food was cold, one Popitz order was short (ordered 4 different flavours but received 2 of the same flavour and 1 other). The one pizza was supposed to be only on one half mushrooms - the whole pizza was covered in mushrooms which resulted in my 8 year old daughter not eating pizza as she does not eat mushrooms. We paid for double cheese - there was barely cheese on the cold pizzas. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE AND EXPECT THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD TO BE REVERSED! AWAITING YOUR REACTION AND FEEDBACK.
