Late delivery of orde

Good day

I am so appalled by the lack of service from Nandos Benmore.
The reason I am complaining today is that the service at Nandos Benmore is always below average whether ordering for a delivery or sitting down.
Today was the pits as we had clients to feed and I place an order for delivery at 12h00 which only arrived at 13h15.
On unpacking the order I realised that Nandos did not pack my three rolls and a packet of chips was short for the burger meal I had ordered.
I tried calling to speak to the manager, Patricia answered and left me holding for the manager for about 10 minutes before I decided to drop the call.

This is the worst service ever and I hope that Nandos Benmore will jack-up their service.
