Lack of customer customer service

I have had a complaint open with Nashua Mobile for almost 6 months now and am no better off than when I initiated the complaint.

The complaint is question was lodged on the 03/07/2013 with one of Nashua Mobiles "customer services" personnel and subsequently was only put through to her manager when I threw my proverbial toys after a months' worth of one sided communication. After being a client in excess of 5 years and have never missed a single payment, I feel that one would be justified in asking to speak to a manager, but it would appear not. To date I have yet to hear back from this manager either, 3 months down the line.

Due to the complete lack of customer service that I have received from Nashua Mobile with regards to the complaint above I can happily inform you that both myself and the 2 other family members who have contracts with you will be leaving the Nashua mobile client base at the end of the respective terms.

And when I do leave the Nashua Mobile fold it will most definitely not be as a brand ambassador.
