Lack experinece in telephonic orders

On 22 February 2013, at 12:16, I contacted the above store to place an order for delivery. I confirmed contact details, delivery address and order. When confirming the order, I was without being informed transferred to anothe cashier whom could not hear me, thanks to his colleagues having a converstaion amongst themselves and lauging. I repeated my order for the 3rd time and was again transferred to another cashier who very rudely asked me 'whats your order' i replied my order for the 4th time and she confirmed an incorrect order. I cancelled the order.

the above staff lack experinece in taking telephonic orders as well as telephonic manners.
