Bad telephonic service

No, we order on a regular basis from the branch in stellenbosch. At first it didnt really bother me but i have found on more than one occasion, when phoning to place an order for a delivery, the telephonic skill of the lady that takes the order is sooooo poor. After about 1 min you clearlly feel that this person on the other side really dont give a .. I always try to place my order and get it over and done with as soon as possible. Whether i want to add another item or not, they seem to be in such a hurry to hang up the phone, so just leave it. Please teach the person taking orders for deliveries to be more proffesional and patient as i am the one phoning, so i am paying for the telephone call, and secondlly, i am also the person paying for the order..
