INABILITY TO TAKE A FOOD ORDER

I live down the road from Nandos in Edward street Tygervalley and over the past 5 years I must've placed about 30 plus telephonic orders. I must have only received the correct order about 5 times.
My order is always a quarter chicken meal, mild, breast piece, no skin, well done, extra sauce and periperi chips. Is that so hard? No matter with whom I place the order, they just cannot get this order correct, except for one of the managers, Carl. Now I only try to place an order with a manager, but it doesn't help. I have called them back previously and received a free meal, but for 's sake, they get it wrong all the time. When I place the order I specially say to please get the order correct as I have had issues with incorrect orders but that doesn't help. either. I now open the bag before leaving and still have to tell them that its not what I ordered, either plain chips, it's very dry, or it's under cooked. I'm not asking for 100mls extra sauce as I know they cannot add too much but I'm willing to pay extra for extra sauce, money is not s factor. So Why can't they get a simple order correct? Are the staff illiterate? Or not sufficiently trained? Or does nobody care?
