Got charged twice for one delivery

I placed an order on Monday for a mouth guard (6th may 2013).
And then placed a 2nd order for 2 dvds on Tuesday (7 may 2013).
I received my order Wednesday (8 may 2013) and had to pay 2 delivery fees for my orders that where checked out at the same time, delivered at the same time by the same delivery man.
Which amount to R80 where it should of been R40 because my order should of been packed together.
And I will probably pay a 3rd delivery fee for my 2nd dvd that was placed at the same time as the 1st dvd under same order no.
