Debonairs Pizza
Poor service

I place a telephonic order with debonairse. the employee then repeated the order and gave me a total amount. an hour and 20 minutes later i was still waiting for my delivery. i called and they informed me my order was on the way. it did not arrive so i called back and was informed they would contact me. the driver then arrived with a short order. this being the second time i have had the incorrect order from this specific place. the driver accepted my money took off the amount that i was meant to pay for the missing pizza then gave me my change. i then called the branch back and after a big argument i was told they would send the missing pizza but would not be able o tell me what time it would arrive and i would have to pay for it even after he fact that it was not my fault and they would not accept the blame. this is extremely poor and unacceptable service from a leading brand such as debonaires.
