Rude staff taking phone orders

I called in to place a food order on a Saturday night. I started my order and at the end requested that my chicken burger have cheese on as I forgot to add that. It was very noisy in the background and it sounded like she was adding another chicken burger to the meal - I corrected the women saying I didn't want an extra burger. She got rude with me and started telling me off saying that she wasn't adding another burger and must listen! Seriously??? I promptly told her that I can't hear properly and asked if I must repeat my order to the manager. I then had to request to add my details to the order.
That's the last time I will ever order from that Steers again. I don't need to get treated like that.
