Ignoring customers

I ordered telephonically and was told my order will be ready in 25 minutes, I went there to collect it. When I got there, there were two ladies and the other was busy and the which is Anita just looked at me while I stood there waiting to be helped. She asked if she can help me with attitude, I told her why I was there and she turned back to get my order and give me the price, I asked her if that is including the salad she never replied instat she told her the other lady she will clap me, I over heared and told her to try it. She was rude and full of herself, if someone works with customer must know how to smile and respect the customer but that's not what I received from Romans Pizza in vandervbijlpark as I was threated to be clapped by a cashier!
