Romans Pizza
Changing order without confirmation

I placed a telephonic order this evening, 18 January 2013 at 19:11, order number 134 for pizza's of about R200. Upon collecting the pizza's I stood in the shop waiting to be service, while the cashier stood behind her till and stared into space. I was the only client to be assisted as all the other sat while waiting for there orders. So she couldn't have missed me. When I stepped to the front and greeted her, only then did she assist me. Then she confirmed my order and instead of four pan based pizza's they made two thin crust. I told them it was wrong and then another lady shouted from the left that the pan bases are finished so I can only get thin crust. So I would like to say thank you for calling me and asking me if this is in order and thank you for not affording me the opportunity to change my order. I guess Romans can change my order just as they like. I have always been a LOVER of Romans Pizza, but this whole evening just left a bad taste in my mouth and to top it off, the pizza's was not even up to their usual standard. I think for now I will stear clear of Romans and rather use my hard earned money to support one of their competitors.
