Paying twice for bad service. Again

I have experienced endless issues at this branch of Romans pizza before, however because of its location I end up here time and time again. Last night I ordered a box with two pizzas and the payment was put through on my credit card. When returning for my order 20 minutes later the cashier asked me to please pay. I stipulated that it had already gone through and I had received the notification and he assured me that it had not. It was late and I was tired and the shop was very full, disorganised and understaffed so I told him to just put it through again so I can go. As expected this morning I pulled my statement and the amount of R125.80 was indeed charged twice. This also happened once before about a year ago and at that time I was told there is no one on duty authorised to do a refund. It was refunded eventually a week later. Kindly make sure this happens again. Furthermore the staff attitude and one manager in particular in this branch is painful. I love Romans, I even used to work for Romans, but this branch makes the brand look bad time and time again. Please dont call me just return my money. Thanx.
