Raw pizzas and wrong orders

We went to centurion romans near mall @ reds ordered pizza. the first time we ordered a bolonaise pizza. only to find that there was carrots mixed in with the mince! this did not state on the menu, and the person who ordered the pizza did not eat carrots! then again last week we went to romans, thinking that we would try one more time. first I got told that there is no thick base and that they can only do thin. I then proceeded to order, while the manager taking my order looked much more intrested in what the person next to me was saying. I repeated my order with him. when I received the pizza's we received a something meaty instead of the mexian. we came home, started eating, only to find that the pizza's were cold and the dough still raw! this is unacceptable service, and I will not buy from romans again!
