Romans Pizza
Simply outstanding

Last night we ordered pizza from Romans and when we got to the branch in Atlasville our order was not ready, as a matter of fact they did not even know anything about the order. It seemed strange and I was a little ticked of but the staff was so friendly I let it slide. We got home and had the most delicious pizza ever. An hour later I received a call from Romans in Parkrand, the lady wanted to know why we never picked up our order and everything made sense. I told her it was my mistake and apologized. I asked her to mail me an inv and banking details so I could do a transfer, it was my mistake after all. A little while later Beatrice called me back and said I do not have to make an eft as I made an honest mistake, Beatrice is one of the most professional and friendly people I have dealt with in a long time. I want to thank you for employing people like the patient manager at Atlasville who searched for my non existing order and for Beatrice with her kind attitude and also for your great pizzas and chef salad. I would rather get in my car and drive to Romans than having a pizza delivered that cant compete.
