Romans Pizza
Negative Attitute

We went to the Romans Pizza to buy pizza, because we struggle with parking I asked my 15 year daughter to go in a buy whilst I was looking for parking, she said she ordered 2 pizzas in 2 boxes and apparently the cashier Johanna assumed that she just want 2 pizza, we waited for about 25 minutes and then she came back to the car and said the lady has made a mistake we return to the shop, we I got there I tried to explain to Johanna and she just said no but she wanted 2 pizza and my daughter insisted that but I said 2 boxes, my point is if she was not sure of the order she was suppose to have clarified and not assume, i asked about the 1 that is already out because in my view its already getting cold even with a box the at couldn't close properly, she then said they will but on the warmer and I said no I want 4 fresh pizza, they spoke to a Manager by the name of Marko who was very rute to explain and he just no, so I told them that I want to speak to him and he was on the phone for almost 20 minutes whilst I was waiting for him to finish, he then came with the cashier Johanna, and aruged with me and eventually very irritated said to Johanna JUST HER HER MONEY just left me standing the
