Waiting riducously long for ode

Placed an order at Romans Pizza Weltenvredenpark telephonically. When we arrived at store, we paid and had to wait. We were in the store the entire time. They called the orders in a strange sequence, i.e. 88 then 84, then 90, etc. We were order number 85. The store was rather busy. After waiting FIFTY (50) minutes for our order and them calling #95, we enquired about our order. Turns out our order was ready long ago, and was standing somewhere in a corner, whilst no-one bothered to call our number. Judging from the coldness of the pizza, our order had probably been ready for 20 minutes already. Will not support them again...
