Nino's Rosebank
Cold food, long wait, bad waiter services

My new date and I decide to go Ninos Rosebank for a coffee and dinner. Terrible from the start. Waiter could not tell us of any specials and could not even sell or promote what was already on the menu.

Drinks took over ten mins to get to us. Just a passion fruit, lemonade and a small cup of coffee. Unbelievable. Oh but it gets better, because after trying to look for our waiter he comes and takes our order and takes over 45 mins to bring our food. My BF ordered the T bone steak, creamy sauce and veggies and I ordered an Alforno Ham pasta. Took so long. After 45mins of waiting, the food arrives. The plate is hot, the food is COLD, as in the steak, not well cooked either. My hungry partner had to leave the food. My pasta penne was cold had to ask for reheating, u could actually see the cream sauce getting cold, not creamy and hot as I am used to.

Did not ask if I wanted another drink. My gosh, Rosebank come on! We drove all the way from Yeoville to spend our money, we wanted more, but your bad service, bad waiter training, long wait for food when restaurant was quiet was just unacceptable! Oh after the bill, cheap sweets, not breath endearments.

No man. Don't take us for granted!
