PATHETIC servicef from spur once again

My friends and I went to spur in vangate mall today and had a disgrace of an experience.
First we were sat down and waited 5-10 mins and no waiter arrived till we finally asked some staff member walking past if she could take our order, and she replied "ill call your waiter for you" and another 5 mins went past, still no waiter! so we called some manager lady and asked her to take our order (which she did) and with our order we ordered a jug of water aswell. 20 mins later waiting for our food the managerlady comes to su and says "your waiter is on his way with your food" and then we only receive our food after other 15 mins (first time we meeting our waiter) and with no cutlery or placemats thus far. and no water! our burgers and chips were COLD as ice and no water still, then we asked some random worker for a jug of water and 10 mins after still no water! then we saw our waiter and asked him for water and so long we asked 3 people (inc the waiter) for our bill which never came, so we got up and went to the front desk and asked them to print our bill and paid there! only thereafter did our water arrive! about 40-60 mins after ordering it! PATHETIC SERVICE
