Waste of time/poor service

We arrived just after 11 - 11:15 am, as we arrived we grabbed our own table outside. We needed a 4th chair so asked one of the staff members for an extra chair. He never came back and carried on serving other tables.
We ignored this and sat down ordered our coffees and breakfasts etc. About 45mins later we still had no breakfasts. We asked our waiter he said they were coming. About 5 mins later 2 of the 4 breakfasts arrived... cold, stone cold! I went in told them how long we had been waiting and we then get cold food. Its now a little after 12 my fiance need to leave by 12:45 to be at work by 1. They come out say sorry say they will give us free coffee etc, we say fine but we need the food to come fast as we now need to leave shortly. The waiter says that fine the food is coming. We sit and wait and wait. 12:30 comes. Two ladies walk out the restaurant they start talking to each other about how sorry they are they didnt eat etc, so we asked them if they didnt get food. They told us no, they just left was taking to long. As this point for us we now need to leave in 10mins to go to work. I walk in and cancel. we left with no food and wasted most of our morning.
